Brendan J. O'Donnell spent 27 years on active duty in the Navy flying P-3 and T-34 aircraft and including two years on USS John F. Kennedy. In Washington, D.C., he served on the Joint Staff in the Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (J-6) Directorate as an action officer and division director; was the Information Resources Manager and Director of Inspections for the Naval Inspector General; and served as Deputy Director of the Naval Aviation Science and Technology Office in Naval Air Systems Command.
A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Mr. O'Donnell holds advanced degrees in aeronautical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and George Washington University and is also a graduate of the National and Naval War Colleges. After leaving the Navy, Mr. O'Donnell was Federal Marketing Manager for Information Technology at Lockheed Martin Systems Integration - Owego; Vice President for Corporate Development at AnviCom, a small business; and a project manager for Computer Sciences Corporation in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Office of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation.
His certifications include PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL v3 Foundation, RFID+, and Security+.
